Deb is a Yoga teacher, hosting Cacao ceremonies and wellness events. Yoga came into her life in 2010 when she was living in London, a new revolution in her life! Today, counting 12 years of Yoga practice...teaching it's her true vocation and she has made it her profession. Deb has completed her Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours, Ayurveda Basic principles with Ayurveda massages & therapies in India a true healing journey. She has completed her second Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours in Sydney. Currently studying Naturopathy, she is all in love with the holistic life approach! Today you find her, practising yoga, using herbal medicine, teaching mindfulness and helping people to have a grounded and balanced life. She hosts classes and events with Respect, Empathy, Openness, Non-judgement, Care and Love.
